Paul Bew Paul began his aviation career with CASCO in 1989 joining their stores and logistics department. In 1991 Paul joined Aeroserv International based in Gatwick where he headed the stores department, subsequently moving to Dan-Air Engineering as a sales executive responsible for creating a new sales department based in the Gatwick facility. Paul returned to Commercial Aerospace Services Company Ltd in 1994 where he worked in all departments, in 1999 being promoted to Support manager with responsibility for all contract customers and repairs. In 2005 Paul was promoted to Director of Operations with day-to-day responsibility for managing the company. Paul joined the board of Directors in 2006. Natasha Harper Natasha joined Commercial Aerospace Services company (CASCO) in 1998 as a Sales Executive before moving to FLS Aerospace (now SR Technics) in 1999, as a Repairs Assistant in the Component Management Group based in Stansted. Natasha returned to CASCO in 2000 where she worked in both sales and contracts before being promoted to head up CASCO’s contracts department in 2004. During this time Natasha managed a team of customer service personnel, providing 24/7 support to a fleet of aircraft including B737’s and Bae146’s, .Natasha has studied alongside EASA approved engineers on aircraft familiarisation courses, and in customer services.
